Many people have come to me and said that the leg muscles are a really strong block of muscles and so making them stronger using only the natural body weight of a person is impossible. To them I say, perhaps difficult but definitely not impossible. At this point you have to be clear about what you want your legs to be able to do. Are you looking to gain size and definition?
