Over the last decade, with the explosion of digital accessibility, both Yoga and Pilates have grown in popularity. Many choose one over the other yet can’t help but wonder if the other side is greener. Soon thereafter, many coaches, trainers and gurus began experimenting with Pilates & Yoga and voilĂ !
The popularity of pilates yoga fusion has
spread like wildfire in recent years. College goers, soccer moms, golf dads,
iron pumpers, you name it; everybody is getting involved and for good reason.
The fusion combines the soul soothing benefits of Yoga with the body sculpting
attributes of Pilates.
Since this is a comparatively new form of
