out of it. One can truly feel the strength being built even in a single
stretch.

Warrior ll pose: Works on arms and legs, this is
a version of a lunge
Chair pose: A squat variation works on the
quads and glutes
Half crescent: Improves balance by holding a
stretch
Cobra pose: This works the back muscles and relaxes them.
Yoga may not be enough to get you a muscular body but asanas sure
will improve your strength and help transform your physique.
